Monday, September 21, 2026: A special City Council meeting to consider a moratorium on all hyperscale data centers. Staff presented an update on this moratorium at the September 14 meeting. The staff report and resolution with findings are available on the City's website. Update: The moratorium was unanimously approved for 120 days.
